Lab Meetings/Progress Reports

Our lab meets every Friday from 3:00 to 3:30 PM to discuss lab-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for members to bring up any technical issues or shared concerns related to experiments. The meeting fosters open communication and information exchange among lab members. Following the lab meeting, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, students present progress reports (15-20 minutes) on their research. The session allows for open discussion. (in English for PhD students)

Monthly Journal Club

On Tuesday of every month from 3:00 to 5:00 PM for additional journal discussions.

One-to-One Meetings

Students also have the opportunity for one-on-one meetings with me weekly to discuss their research progress and explore future directions. (in Chinese)

Year-End Reports

All lab members must deliver a comprehensive annual research progress report at the end of each year. Afterward, we gather for a celebratory year-end dinner.

Farewell Celebrations

We host farewell parties to honor lab members as they complete their work and embark on new journeys.

Lab 會議/進度報告

我們的實驗室每週五下午 3:00 到 3:30 會舉行會議，討論與實驗相關的事宜。這是大家提出技術問題或分享實驗相關疑慮的好機會。會議促進實驗室成員間的交流與溝通。會議結束後，下午 3:30 到 5:00 是研究生的研究進度報告時間（每人 15-20 分鐘）。報告結束後會開放討論。（博士生用英文）

每月期刊討論

每月星期二下午 3:00 到 5:00 為額外的期刊討論。

一對一會議

學生也可以每週與我進行一對一會議，討論自己的研究進度與未來方向。（用中文）

年終報告

每年年末，所有實驗室成員都需要提交一份綜合的年度研究進度報告。隨後我們會舉行年終晚宴以示慶祝。

畢業慶祝

當實驗室成員完成工作並準備展開新旅程時，我們會舉辦告別派對表示祝賀。
